Irrigation Direct Limited Warranty
What is covered?
Irrigation Direct warrants to the original purchaser that the Irrigation Direct Product(s) is/are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Term of Warranty
The warranty coverage lasts for a period of three (3) years starting from the date of purchase.
What is not covered?
This Limited Warranty is expressly conditioned upon proper installation and use of the Irrigation Direct Product(s) as set forth in the installation recommendations. For example, by way of illustration and not limitation, this Limited Warranty is void if the supplied water pressure exceeds the maximum recommended pressure. This limited warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical or mechanical stress, modification of any part of Product(s); (b) defects or damage from improper installation, testing, operation maintenance, or adjustment; and (c) improper combination with third-party products not suitable for use with the Product(s).
What will Irrigation Direct do?
During the applicable warranty period, Irrigation Direct will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective Product(s). To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, please contact Irrigation Direct Technical Support via email. A service representative will take any necessary action to correct problems covered by this Limited Warranty. Please refer to Our Return Policy for more details.
Upon receipt, Irrigation Direct with promptly repair or replace the defective Product(s). Irrigation Direct, at its sole discretion, may use rebuilt, reconditioned or new parts or components when repairing any Product(s). If Irrigation Direct determines that any Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must pay all parts, shipping and labor charges for the repair and/or return of such Product.
Limits of Warranty and Liability
Except as expressly set forth herein, purchaser buys the Product(s) “AS IS” and without any warranty or representations, express or implied. Specifically, Irrigation Direct disclaims any representations or warranties for the merchantability of the Product(s) or its fitness for any particular purpose or use. Irrigation Direct expressly disclaims any representations or warranties that the Product(s) comply with any law, rule, specification, code or contract relating thereto.
Irrigation Direct expressly disclaims any liability for any damages of any kind resulting form the purchase, use, or misuse or the Product(s), including incidental, consequential or similar damages, or loss of profits, or any damages arising out of tort or fault.
This Limited Warranty shall not extend to anyone other than the original purchaser of the Product(s).
How State Law Applies
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. For example, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the extent any portion of this Limited Warranty is held illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such partial illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of any remaining portions of this Limited Warranty.
