RETURN POLICY

Every item that you purchase at Irrigation Direct is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

You may return new, unopened or unused items sold by Irrigation Direct within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise it is up to you to ship it to us. Just click here to submit a Product Returns form to get an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number).

A 20% restocking charge may apply on all products.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Regarding Shipping Expenses: If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also, if you return a large portion or an entire order, and we paid the shipping, we may deduct the shipping charges from your refund.

Products NOT acceptable for return:

A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 60 days.

B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.

C. Products that are in or from broken bags.

D. No partial returns on drip irrigation kits.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please click here to submit a  Product Returns form to obtain an RGA number. If we are replacing or exchanging an item, we may send you a UPS shipping tag for your return, so it is important that you contact us first.  

Product(s) received without an RGA# may result in the shipment being returned at the customer's expense.
