Schedule 80 PVC Reducer Bushing fittings are designed to connect two different sizes of PVC pipe together. Ideal when a larger size PVC line needs to connect to a smaller PVC line. Available in sizes 1/4" through 4".
Available in Slip by Slip PVC Reducer Bushings, Slip by Thread PVC Bushing, Thread by Thread PVC Reducing Bushing.
*PVC primer and glue are required for all slip PVC connections
*Teflon tape required for all threaded PVC connections
The term “Schedule 80” refers to the strength and thickness of the PVC pipe or PVC fitting and how much pressure it can hold. It’s designed to handle water pressures of 300 psi and water temperatures up to 140 degrees and are usually use in projects that support higher pressures. Meets NSF and ASTM D2464 and D2467 requirements. Manufactured from PVC Type 1, Grade 1.
