If you can not find an item on our website it means that it is currently not in stock. If you send us an email to:service@irrigationdirect.com with the items you are looking for, we will email you when they are available for sale.
- When will my order ship?
All orders received by 4:00 pm PST (California time) Monday through Friday will ship the same day!
- How long will it take for me to get my order?
We ship regular ground service UPS from California, it will take 1 to 5 days depending on your location.
- What is the warranty on your products?
Our warranty on all of our products is 3 years from the date of purchase.
- Do I pay sales tax on the products I purchase?
Because we sell online, you won't pay sales tax (except in California). Simply visit our online store to purchase our Drip Irrigation, Sprinklers, Controllers and Valves; you'll have them in hand in a matter of days.
- Are there installation specifications and written details for Irrigation Direct products?
Yes - in fact, we include an owner's manual with every product you receive. You may also view the controllers and valves manuals online.
