Product Description
Also known as “Easy Loc”, “Perma Loc”, “Spin-Loc”, or “Power-Loc” our Direct-Loc fittings are used with drip irrigation. They twist onto 1/2" drip poly tubing and are reusable. They fit both 1/2" .700 OD Poly Tubing & 1/2" .710 OD Poly Tubing. Removable fittings make it easy to reconfigure your drip system if your needs or landscape designs change. Best fittings for winterizing your drip system – unscrew fittings and store tubing away for winter. No glue or Teflon tape required.
Use Direct-Loc Elbows to make 90 degree turns in 1/2" .700 OD Poly Tubing & 1/2" .710 OD Poly Tubing. Tubing may kink if you try to make a tight turn without an elbow.

600 SERIES DIRECT ELBOW: DL-L600
Known as “Easy Loc”, “Perma Loc” or “Spin-Loc”, the 600 series Direct-Loc elbow from Irrigation Direct is used with drip irrigation to make a 90 degree turn in both half inch 700 & 710 series solid drip tubing or 700 series Soaker Hose Dripline. Using an elbow will prevent the poly tubing from kinking in tight turns.
Unlike compression fittings, Direct-Loc fittings are removable and are useful if you need to:
· Reconfigure your drip irrigation system
· Reuse your drip irrigation fittings
· Remove and store drip tubing for the winter.
Installing a Direct-Loc elbow is quick and easy.
To begin, simply cut your drip tubing with a pair of clippers or scissors. Make a straight cut across the pipe to ensure a tight fit. Turn the Loc ring towards the base of the fitting, exposing the barb. Place your drip tubing over the barb and press inward. Then reverse the Loc ring and tighten, locking the tubing into place. Glue or Teflon tape is not required.
When installing in cold weather, it helps to dip the tubing in warm water for a few minutes to soften the ends.
For a less expensive alternative, consider our 1/2” compression elbows. They come in three different sizes: 620 Raindrip series with green rings, 700 series with black rings and 710 series with blue rings.
To adjust or stop the flow of water through ½ inch solid poly tubing or ½ inch soaker hose dripline, use our Direct-Loc Flow Control Valve.
The L600 Direct-Loc elbow is just one in a full line of half inch Direct-Loc fittings available from Irrigation Direct.
