We currently do not accept line-by-line phone orders.
To place a phone order, please follow the steps below (Service Available Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 4:30pm Pacific)
1) Create an online account by clicking "Register" in the upper right-hand corner of our site. Click on the "Create An Account" button and enter your Name, Email Address and a Password for the account. Then click the "Submit" button.
2) From "My Dashboard", click on Manage Addresses under the Address Book heading and enter your address.
3) Browse our website and add all items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. If you are coming from the check out option, your items will already be in your shopping cart.
4) Call us with your credit card information and we can complete the sale for you. This service is available on Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 4:30pm (Pacific); call 925-449-1300. These orders may ship next business day (M-F). Orders placed directly on the website ship faster.
*To place a local will call order: Please place your order on our website. Then call us with your order number. We will verify if the product is in stock or if it will be shipping from a separate fulfillment center. Shipping charges will be removed when you arrive to pick up your order.
